I fondly remember watching Hercules and Xena every week with my father and siblings. On winter nights, I would lay on the floor before the fire, propped up on a pillow. I would even sing to the tune of Xena. Other childhood favorites were the X-files, Gargoyles, and the Simpsons.
When I was sick, I loved to watch David the Gnome. This show was on in the middle of the day, so it was only possible to watch when home sick from school.
My mom was a stay-at-home mother who used to love General Hospital. I am told, but don’t remember, that she would watch the show while I was in the room. Eventually, she had to stop watching because I started asking questions about the characters. So, I guess you could say that I also used to watch General Hospital as a child.
